We want you to be happy with your order.

## Faulty items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you.

## Change of mind
For health and hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened products. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days — the customer pays return postage.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
